We are looking for a motivated colleague to strengthen our quality team and ensure that our raw materials and finished products always meet the highest standards. You set the bar high and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products!
Your Role
As a Quality Officer, you will carefully review and assess analysis reports, communicate effectively with our laboratory, and collect samples for further evaluation. Additionally, you will respond to supplier inquiries and ensure that all quality assurance procedures are strictly followed. As the person responsible for safeguarding quality, you play a vital role in our team, and your dedication is essential to maintaining the consistency and safety of our products.
Together with three colleagues—the QHSE Manager and two other quality officers—you will work in an accessible and friendly work environment. The team is known for its collegiality and youthful, fresh character.
Daily Tasks
- Conducting hygiene, allergen, and food safety checks to ensure the highest quality standards;
- Collecting and taking samples according to the monitoring plan to ensure accurate data;
- Releasing products based on analysis results, always prioritizing quality;
- Assessing samples for taste, smell, and color to ensure they meet specifications;
- Supporting customer and system audits, such as FSSC22000, SKAL, GV, NOP, and other key certifications;
- Performing internal audits to continuously improve our processes;
- Preparing and maintaining specifications in our system, Quasydoc, to ensure consistency and accuracy;
- Actively participating in various quality projects to further optimize our product and process standards.

What We Expect from You
- A completed MBO or HBO education in a relevant field, such as food technology;
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role within the food industry is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language;
- Driven to contribute to high production quality.
